Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Simfiy collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and authentication details used to create and access your Simfiy account.
  • Order and eSIM data: the plans you buy, your eSIM profile identifiers and QR codes, activation status, and validity dates.
  • Usage and technical data: basic information such as device type, browser, approximate region, and interactions with our store, used to operate and improve the service and to prevent fraud.
  • Payment data: payment confirmations and limited metadata returned by our payment processors. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments — full card details are never stored by Simfiy.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provision and deliver your eSIM, process payments, provide customer support, send transactional messages, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability and security of Simfiy. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure your session, and understand aggregate usage of our store. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

4. Processors and sub-processors

We share data with trusted service providers only to the extent needed to run Simfiy. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards:

5. Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can manage core account data from your account settings, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. International transfers

Simfiy operates globally and our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision — to protect it in line with this policy.
