What is an eSIM?+
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into modern phones. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you install a profile — usually by scanning a QR code — so you can add a data plan or number in seconds without a physical SIM.
What is the difference between a data-only and a number eSIM?+
A data-only eSIM gives you mobile internet for maps, messaging, and apps, but no phone number for traditional calls or texts. A number eSIM (voice + SMS) includes a real local number so you can make and receive standard calls and text messages.
Do I keep my own number?+
Yes. A Simfiy eSIM is added as a separate line, so your primary SIM and home number stay active for calls, texts, WhatsApp, and 2FA. You simply choose which line handles data while you travel.
How fast is delivery?+
Instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code and activation details appear in your account and are emailed to you — typically within seconds.
